How to book your holiday appointment

Does anyone else feel like it was Jannnnnnnuarrrrrryyyyyyy, Februaryyyyyyyyyy, Marrrrrrrrrchhhhhh, Aprillllllll, May, June, Jullllllllyyyyyy, August, Septoctonovdecember???

Like wasn’t it just Summer and now it’s like we’re even past Fall!!

I certainly do. These last couple years have been such a whirlwind blur of time that this year, felt more….”normal” but also I am realizing at the time of writing this, it’s 32 DAYS until Christmas and I am WILDLY unprepared! I usually have almost all of my shopping done and all of my appointments ready.

Do you feel the same? Holiday booking has already started and although we have a large team of stylists, it may not be as easy to get an appointment since there is no double booking so let’s make sure you can get your appointment!



How can you make your appointment? Let’s walk through it!

In the past, we had a dedicated team for reception and answering calls, messages and booking appointments. You may have learned that we had to make some big changes all throughout the pandemic and one thing changed was that we don’t have that dedicated team to book anymore. We do have some staff that will answer messages but we no longer have a line to make calls, only texting, and we don’t book appointments for other stylists through our messaging..

Our text answering is meant to guide clients in the right direction to be able to book their appointments. So how can you book?

REACH OUT TO YOUR STYLIST DIRECTLY

If you visit our team page on our website (see link below) you can see all of our team, what their specialty is, along with hourly rate. You can read their profiles and then send them a message through their typeform. It will gather a bit of information from you so that the stylist has an idea of what you’re looking for and they then will reach out to you to discuss further, talk about how much time is needed and book your appointment. Keep in mind that our teams work:home life balance is something that we promote and respect so our team may not reply immediately. Our general policy is that they will reply to you within 3-5 days of your request, depending when you sent it and when they are available.

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE THROUGH YOUR PROFILE


Our online booking system allows you to book your stylist, date and time on your own, at your own pace, leisure and time. All you need to know is how much time to book (either through the stylist recommendation or by taking the “How Much Time Do You Need” quiz (see link below)).

For very specific requests; such as vivid colour, colour correction, extensions, these need to be discussed directly with the stylist for timing and consultation.


We can send you an email with a link on how to reset a password or login if you need it, simply text the salon 226-674-2500 and ask for a password reset to login and we will send it!
Your online booking profile allows you to do so much, you can book appointments, see future and past appointments, reschedule (as long as it is before 48 hours) and even purchase gift cards or pay from your profile!
