Meet Ben

Meet Ben! Ben started with Bounce Hair Boutique in the late fall of 2024, but he’s certainly not new to the game or even new to all our team! Ben first walked into the world of hair in high school co-op in 1995 and has continued to grow in the industry since.  Jennessa and Ben even worked together “back in the day” so it’s exciting to have these two back working in the same space! 

Ben has been able to fuel his passion for learning and educating, not just through each person he meets in the industry (his self proclamation is that “I have yet to meet a single person in this industry that I can't learn something from”) but also through the ability to perform platform work for many big brands that this industry knows and loves. 

In the hair world, helping people love their hair is a commanding force and helping them achieve their ultimate hair goals is his absolute favourite!  In addition to his passion for colouring, he is also a razor cutting specialist! 

Outside of salon-life he is a husband, a father, big nature lover; if it’s something with nature, wilderness, camping, bushcraft, he’s going to love it; a sci-fi nerd and a hopeful pizza connoisseur.  A fun goal is creating the perfect pizza crust, which he continues to improve and strive while using the incredible outdoor pizza oven he created for his family.  He also enjoys working along side his wife with her woodworking business.

What you can guarantee is that being creative feeds his soul!
