Appointment Reservations
The best way to reserve an appointment is through our online booking system. The “book online” button above will get you there. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. You do not have to use this card for final payment unless you wish to do so.

Method of payment
We are a cashless salon- while we will accept Cash - we do not keep change on site. We accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard

Curly Hair Prep
If you are booking a Curly service, please arrive with your hair completely detangled, dry, left curly, and not pulled back in order to guarantee your stylist can complete your service and give you the best results in your scheduled time .

Cancellation Fees
In the event of missed appointments, last minute cancellations/reschedules (less than 48 hours notice) the retainer fee is forfeited (if applicable) and you will be charged 50% of your service total which is given to the stylist to compensate for their missed income.
In the event you are sick, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. Your retainer will be forwarded to your next scheduled appointment, however with cancellations due to illness the rescheduled appointment must be a minimum of 3 weeks from the date of initial appointment.

When you Arrive
Our address is 1645 Wyandotte St E on the 2nd floor. Enter the door towards the back of the building near the sign that has our name on it and go up to the 2nd floor. You will need to buzz up to unlick the door. There is limited space in the parking lot to the east side of the building, the south side parking lot is a city pay-per-use parking and parking on the street is free

Gratuity Free
Tipping is a thing of the past. Our stylists hourly rate is based upon their living wage needs. Tips are not required to supplement their income. If a client truly wishes to still tip, a referral is the best way to let your stylist know you loved your hair

Late Arrivals
We schedule our appointments based upon time needed for each client, and our team’s goal is to value and respect our clients time and appointment time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. In the event the stylist has the available time to extend your appointment time; hourly rate charging begins at the originally scheduled appointment time.
